Customer Service

Centre Management

The Centre Management Office is located next to the travelators in the LOWER LEVEL of carparking under Kmart Mall.

Lost Property and general enquires should be made at the Centre Management Office.

Public Toilets and Parents Rooms

Public Toilets are located in each of our three malls.

Puckle Mall - at the Hall Street end of the mall, just near The Original Lolly Store
Kmart Mall - lower mall level, just near the Homer Street entry
Coles Mall - just near the Carpark Entry
Parents rooms are adjacent to the Public Toilets in Kmart Mall and Coles Mall

Disabled Facilities

Disabled Toilets are also located next to other toilets in Coles Mall and Puckle Mall.

In Kmart Mall the Disabled Toilet is located near the lift, on the lower mall level (opposite the public toilets and parents room).

All entries to Moonee Ponds Central are wheelchair accessable, with the exception of the Everage Street Entry.

Massage Chairs and Kiddie Rides

For those moments when you need to recharge.

For the littlies, we have two carousel rides (one in Coles Mall and one in Kmart Mall), and three kiddie rides (one in each building - Puckle Mall, Kmart Mall and Coles Mall).
