Lost Property

If you think you may have lost something whilst at Moonee Ponds Central, you can report this at the Centre Management Office, located in the Lower Carpark Level under Kmart Mall or phone: (03) 9370 5411.  

If you find something which someone else has lost, please bring this to the Centre Management Office, or hand it to a Cleaner or Security Guard. 

Disabled Facilities

Disabled Toilets are also located next to other toilets in Coles Mall and Puckle Mall. 

In Kmart Mall the Disabled Toilet is located near the lift, on the lower mall level (opposite the public toilets and parents room).

All entries to Moonee Ponds Central are wheelchair accessable, with the exception of the Everage Street Entry.

Massage Chairs and Kiddie Rides

For those moments when you need to recharge.

For the littlies, we have two carousel rides (one in Coles Mall and one in Kmart Mall).

For the grownups, why not recharge in one of our Massage Chairs? You'll find these in Kmart Mall, in the ground floor carpark entry foyer. 

Public Toilets and Parents Rooms

Public Toilets are located in each of our three malls.

• Puckle Mall - at the Hall Street end of the mall, just near The Original Lolly Store
• Kmart Mall - lower mall level, just near the Homer Street entry
• Coles Mall - just near the Carpark Entry
• Parents room adjacent to the Public Toilets in Kmart Mall 
• Disabled toilets are located on the lower level of Kmart Mall at the Homer Street end, just near the lift
